Bookings
A booking is confirmed when VIVE receives the deposit (US$20 per paying person) or, for transfers, when we confirm in writing. You receive a booking document with reference, service, date, pickup and balance.
Prices
Prices are published in US dollars (USD) and apply to advance bookings. The balance is paid on the day of the service. Paying the balance by card on site may carry a 10–15% surcharge for ITBIS tax and international transaction fees; the online deposit carries no surcharge.
Pickup
Pickup is from participating hotels. The exact time and point are confirmed when you book and may be adjusted for operations.
No-show
If you confirmed a transfer, the vehicle arrived and you did not depart, the transport (US$25) is charged and billed to the hotel.
Operational changes
If the operator cancels due to sea or weather conditions, we let you know and arrange another date or another experience.
