Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable and, once paid, the booking cannot be cancelled. This is what lets us hold your spot with the operator.
Changes
If you need to change the date or the service, message us on WhatsApp: we check availability and arrange it.
Operator cancellation
If the operator cancels for weather or sea conditions, we arrange another date or an experience of equal value.
